批量文件上传中心

1.允许上传单个文件大小不能大于5M.

2.允许上传文件类型:
jpg, png, jpeg, gif, pdf, psd, txt, rar, zip.

3.系统将不定期对上传30天后仍未使用的文件进行清理.
